We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items with missing tags, accessories, or packaging

  • Personal care, hygiene, or undergarment items due to health & safety reasons

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind, size issue), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through your original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
